Clean water with poor quality can lead to adverse effects for the health of a variety of diseases. Changes in pH levels of water can also cause changes in smell, taste and color of water. Based on PEMENKES number 416 of 1990, the terms and quality control of water has a pH level of 6,5 to 9,0. pH monitoring system for water in PDAM Tirta Kepri still using a pH meter and recorded manually so as not to take measurements in realtime from a distance. The purpose of this study is to design a system of Internet-based pH monitoring water in PDAM Tirta Kepri in realtime. The design of the water pH monitoring device in realtime using methods of tunneling that water pH measurement results will be publicly accessible using the internet network. The device is designed also has a value readings are quite accurate because it uses digital pH sensor and pH circuit Atlas Scientific calibrated using a liquid buffer pH 4.00 and pH 7.00 buffers. This monitoring system uses a 3,7V battery of energy recharge using photovoltaic, so that the battery is always charged when getting solar radiation.
