R. Ericha Yusi Dela 2017 : Analysis of Factors Affecting Stock Price

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence and analyze the factors that affect stock prices. The population in this study is the financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2015. Sampling technique with purposive sampling method that produces 39 companies with observation period year 2013-2015. This study uses secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. Data analysis method used is classical assumption test and then hypothesis testing. Statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this study show that partially Dividend Policy has no effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative effect on Stock Price while Return on Equity (ROE) and Price Earning Ratio (PER) have a positive effect on stock price. Simultaneously Dividend Policy, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), and Price earning Ratio (PER) have an effect on Stock Price. This is proven from Determination Coefficient test with adjusted R2 value of 0.354 this shows 35.4% share price influenced by Dividend Policy, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) the rest equal to 64, 6% is influenced by other variables not studied in this research
