Stock prices in the capital market is influenced by several factors one of which is the financial performance of the company. One indicator that can be used in analyzing the company’s financial performance is the calculation of financial ratios. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial ratios of profitability (ROE and ROA), Economic Value Added (EVA), and Market Value Added (MVA) to stock price changes in basic and chemical industry manufacturing sector in 2013-2015.. Sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, with the number of samples that meet the criteria of 14 companies. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, T-test (Partial), F-Test (Simultaneous), and test of coefficient of determination. But first tested data using classical assumption test that is normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and auto correlation test with 5% significance value (0,05). The result of the research shows that the result of T-test (Parsial) that the value of Market Value Added (MVA) influence to stock price, while Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Asset (ROA), and Economic Value Added (EVA) stock. F-test results (Simultaneous) show that Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Assets (ROA), Economic Value Added (EVA), and Market Value Added (MVA) simultaneously (Simultaneous) effect on stock prices. In the coefficient of determination test shows the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.803 which means that by 80.30% influence of Return On Equity (ROE), Return On Assets (ROA), Economic Value Added (EVA), and Market Value Added (ROA) MVA) affect stock price, while sissanya equal to 19,70 (100% – 80,30%) influenced by independent variable outside of this research.
