The increasing of society demand service of public will be optimal cannot avoid. Progress of technology and science oblige the existence of service of public which quickly and on schedule. This research aim to to know influence of service to perception of society in management of resident sign card in On duty Kependudukan and Note Civil Town of Tanjungpinang Year 2012. Data collecting pass spreading of kuesioner and executed to 100 people. Data analysis at this research use aid of SPSS version 17. Sampling technique weared by is method of Probability Sampling and obtained data of validity examinee kuesioner and of realibilitas by using correlation formula of product moment.
