One form of services provided by the local government to the community is a population administration services. For areas Tanjungpinang, the administration of residence for people held in the Department of Population and Civil Registration Tanjungpinang. As part of work that has tasks and functions in the civil service and maintenance records for the city of Tanjungpinang is the Department of Population and Civil Registration Tanjungpinang. The purpose of this study is basically to determine the quality of service of employees in KTP (identity cards) and KK (family card) Siak at the Office of Population and Civil Registration Tanjungpinang. In this study sample consisted of 10 people where the sample collection technique using purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques.
After doing research, the end result of the study stated that the Implementation Services at the Office of Population and Civil Registration Tanjungpinang Tanjungpinang there are still some things that must be considered, even though the overall dimensions are good shows, it can diliihat Ease stages of the service described by the passage through signage, processes and procedures for all maintenance of the Department of Population and Civil Registration Tanjungpinang Tanjungpinang still need to be considered for the office of Population and Civil Registration Tanjungpinang the existing signage is damaged and difficult to be understood by the people, time and cost in the delivery of services to the public must be informed employees in accordance with applicable regulations, but in fact people often do not get the certainty of time and cost certainty as outlined in the details and clearly informed by the employees.
