The performance quality evaluation is basically a guarantee that public services provided will help improve the welfare of the society. In addition to, people will feel a sense of public service so that implantation is fully accepted and supported by the community. This study aims to determine how the performance quality evaluation in the e-ID card data recording in the districts of Bukit Bestari Tanjungpinang city. From these problems the authors tried to raise concerns about how the performance quality evaluation in electronic data recording identity cards (e-KTP) in 2012 in Tanjungpinang city. (a case study in the district
of Bukit Bestari). in this case is measured by indicators such as the reliability of employees who do the recording, the responsibility of the employee, the guarantee to the people who do the recording, the empathy to the society and the neatness, uniformity as well as the means and infrastructure owned by the district. As for the responden in this study is the people who live in the district of Bukit Bestari, as well as the district that serve as key information.
Whereas sampling technique used was purposive sampling. As for the research method used is descriptive qualitative and to obtain accurate and complete data, the writer uses observation and interview techniques. analysis of the results it can be concluded that the evaluation of services in the e-ID card data recording in Tanjung Pinang city didn’t go well. Based on the above results, the researchers advise that the next government in order to improve the monitoring and evaluation of service delivery in order to know the weakness and conducted repairs, so the performance of services will increase and government programs can be run properly.
