ABSTRACT
The Leadership of Dompak Urban Village Bukit Bestari Sub-district Tanjungpinang City has an important role in all bureaucratic activities in the kelurahan. The importance of the performance of employees in a government organization such as the office of Kelurahan Dompak Bukit Bestari Tanjungpinang is one of the elements in achieving the maximum service goals to the community. Of course in this case the strategy of Dompak Urban Village Bukit Bestari Tanjungpinang City is very influential on employee performance. But inversely proportional to the performance made by unscrupulous employees of Dompak Urban District Bukit Bestari this. Performance that is not optimal will certainly affect the service to the community. Of course people are not satisfied with the services that have been given by employees. The purpose of this study is to find out the strategy of Lurah in improving the performance of employees in the Village Dompak District Bukit Bestari Tanjungpinang. Based on the background of the above problems the authors determine a problem formulation is how the Lurah strategy in improving the performance of employees in the Village Dompak Bukit Bestari District Tanjungpinang ?. Informants in this study are from employees who work in the office of Kelurahan Dompak Village Bukit Bestari Sub-district Tanjungpinang Municipality namely the Village Head as a Key Informant Secretary of the Village Head and Staff a total of 4 informants. The type of research used by researchers in this research is descriptive research using qualitative method. The result of this research is the internal routine meeting of Kelurahan has been done well in Dompak District Office Bukit Bestari Sub-district Tanjungpinang City. But facilities and infrastructure is still less than expected. Associated with employee discipline is good and almost 90%. The existence of Reward for employees who excel though only orally spoken by the Village Head and enacted the morning punishment of employees who do not obey the rules. The existence of partnership of Dompak Urban Village Bukit Bestari Sub-district Tanjungpinang City with other institutions is to cooperate with Bulog and the training is done in the form of archiving training training on how to measure the soil training of profile making of Kelurahan.
