Research on the use of ox eyelashes (Turbo Setosus, Gmelin 1791) in the manufacture of instant cream soup has been done at the Bogor Agricultural Institute. The purpose of this study is Using Turtle Eyelashes (Turbo Setosus, Gmelin 1791) as the main ingredient in the manufacture of instant cream soup and knowing the best concentration treatment on instant cream soup. This study was conducted by hedonic test method to determine the best treatment of the three treatments given to the bull’s eye. The results of the research produced the best instant cream soup with SK1 code with 14.34% protein content, 8.20% fat, 1.67% water, 6.69% ash, 69.11% carbohydrate, 2.62 ± 0.21 copper Ppm, the value of density of cream soup of 0.43 ± 0.01 and the water absorption indeks 3,61 ± 0.02.
