The spirit of employee’s job handling an important action, however to organization and to individual or employee in reaching to get the goal of the organization. Because of that the spirit of employee’s job absolute to develop, improve and also created in every situation and condition. So the productivity and ability of employee and organization can be increased. There is still a lack of effort to create, maintain and improve employee morale in the performance of duties at BPPT Tanjungpinang. Research purposes, is how the employee morale at BPPT Tanjungpinang. Based on the theory Nitisemito (2001:109), the factors that affect employee morale, then researchers can take a basic discussion of the research. The population in this study was overall employee BPPT Tanjungpinang, which in total amounted to 45 people. Given the number of respondents that much, then the technique of sampling used is the technique of purposive sampling / use of certain considerations which certain people have become the research respondents. Meanwhile, Chairman of BPPT Tanjungpinang made in key informants. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, which is research that aims to portray the social phenomenon as it is, so in this study the researchers wanted to explain how the employee morale at BPPT Tanjungpinang. Based on research, the obtained results that employee morale in BPPT Tanjungpinang, indicating unfavorable conditions. The conclusion from this study is that employee morale in BPPT Tanjungpinang, seen from the indicators discipline, willingness to work, job satisfaction and absenteeism. Respondents responded less well. Researchers suggest, with respect to this research, namely, the need to provide direction and guidance to employees regarding the importance of cooperation in the implementation of the work done, and the need for leaders create good working communication among employees in the execution of the work done.
